Hotel
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Sheraton Syracuse University Hotel. Reservations should be made by contacting the hotel directly either through their website or by calling at 1 (315) 475 3000/ 1 (800) 395 2105.

Reservations should be made by April 17th 2009 5 pm to be eligible for the special group rate. Identify as being with “Physics Department - Soft active materials”. Tariffs per night are as follows:

Dorm Accommodation
We have reserved a set of dorm rooms on campus for the convenience of young scientists. The tariff is $44.00/night. Send email to active@physics.syr.edu with the subject “Dorm Accomodation” with arrival and departure times, gender, rooming preference (single, double) and if you are driving,  to active@physics.syr.edu by April 15th 2009. You will be contacted by email with confirmation and payment information.
