The conference has a contract with the University Plaza Hotel and all guests should use the
group code: RPMBT when calling for reservation.

For RPMBT invited speakers the cost of your room will be paid. Please make sure to reserve a room with the hotel.
All other guest should call-in for reservation and pay for the room themselves at the group rate of $99.00/per night plus tax. Room sharing is available. Please inform the hotel of your desire to share a room.
The Hotel is *not* walking distance from the physics department (site of the conference). Bus service will be available from the hotel to the physics department and back.

From the airport, take I-670 west to SR 315 north. Exit at Lane Avenue. Turn right (east) after exiting the freeway (you’re now on Lane Avenue). Turn right (south) at the first light (Fyffe Road - called Fred Taylor Drive to the left of Lane Avenue). Turn left (east) at the next light (Woody Hayes Drive). Proceed over the bridge and through the next light (Cannon Drive). Stay in the right-hand lane and turn right (south) on Tuttle Park Place. Turn in to the Visitor Garage on your left (you will see one side street on your left (Ives Drive) before you reach the Visitor Garage).
After parking in the Visitor Garage, here are directions to the conference building from the garage: If you exit the west side of the garage, you can walk north (back the way you drove in) on Tuttle Park Place on foot. Head right (east) on Woody Hayes Avenue (at the light), and you’ll see the Physics Research Building as the third building on your right.

Taxi Service: Approximate cost of a taxi is $25 (one way) and length of time to travel from airport to hotel is about 15 minutes.
Rental Cars: Rental cars are available at the Columbus International Airport, with weekly rental rates ranging from $170 to $500 depending on the type of car chosen. Reservations for a rental car can be made in advance if desired to insure availability of a particular type of vehicle.
