The Inn at the Colonnade is right across the street from the JHU Homewood campus.  Attendees should make their reservation directly with the hotel and let the registration desk know that they are with Hopkins and attending the ICAM Workshop 1/14-1/16/10 for the discounted rate.  Please make your reservations by 12/23.

Air Transportation:

Generally airline travel is most convenient into Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI).   Travel on the East Coast to Washington DC Metro Area to Baltimore is also very convenient via MARC or Amtrak train.   We recommend taking a taxi cab from BWI or Baltimore Penn Train Station to the JHU Homewood campus or the conference hotel.  Taxi fare from BWI will run about $35.  If you are driving to the conference we have reserved parking for you near the Dept. of Physics and Astronomy.  Parking will be marked.  Please see the below maps for more information.

The conference itself will be held in The Johns Hopkins Dept. of Physics and Astronomy’s Schafler Auditorium in the Bloomberg Center.
